These advanced personal property valuation courses will begin with a focus on object identification and description of relevant value characteristics and the valuation process that appraisers and others follow to develop value conclusions.

Our personal property education courses will follow a published syllabus using power point outlines with recorded lectures with attendant images and informative links and references. The courses will be offered online and available day and night (24/7). We will also, on occasion, offer live personal property online seminars initially focusing on the reporting of verbal online or onsite appraisals of general residential contents utilizing Novotny's unique Oral Appraisal Report Disclosures (OARD) form .
